Mona Vanderwaal

Mona Vanderwaal was identified as "A" in Season 2 Episode25 finale “UnmAsked.” She led Spencer to A’s lair, a motel room set up with photos of the little liars, masks, dolls, and other freaky stuff.

She mentions to Spencer while driving to Look Out Point:
“I admire you Spencer that’s why you get to decide how this ends tonight … you can join the A-Team or you can disappear.”

At that moment we learned that Mona was not working alone, there are others.

Toby Cavanaugh

Toby Cavanaugh was revealed as the second member of the “A-Team” in Season 3 Episode:12 mid-season finale “The Lady Killer” Before Mona walked into Radley she told the hooded figure, “I’ll see you soon.” When he turned around it was Toby looking quit evil.

 He asks a teary eyed, furious Spencer after she catches him red handed searching through her kitchen drawer for the “A” key that he’d drop earlier when attacking Hannah at a fake interview:
 “Spencer … How long have you known?”
